Lineage Legacy Partners (LLP) is a Texas based real estate investment firm focusing on the investment, acquisition and development of both commercial and residential assets within key growth markets in the US. LLP’s team has a diverse background spanning almost 25 years in multiple asset types and investment functions.
LLP primarily focuses on the acquisition and development of Industrial assets within key growth markets throughout the US. While also participating in investment, acquisition, and joint venture development opportunities involving land, multifamily, hospitality, and select infrastructure projects. LLP has relationships throughout the CRE community covering all facets of projects from inception to completion.

What We Deliver
We source, evaluate, and negotiate value-add, opportunistic, and core-plus real estate opportunities that hold untapped value. We then devise an investment strategy that will produce superior risk-adjusted returns for our investors, clients, operating, and JV partners. During the process we are also identifying and tracking the overall benefits these opportunities offer other key stakeholders such as the local community, and state we operate within; including increased resources being delivered to the community through this investment, social impacts benefiting the communities’, as well as the economic impact it provides to the community, city and state.
Target Investments
As owner/operators, investors, developers, and investment/asset managers of industrial assets; we focus on acquisitions and developments within growth submarkets in the Sunbelt, Mid-Atlantic, and New England Regions of the US. While also evaluating client based Build To Suit opportunities nationally. As an investor, developer, project manager, or investment/asset managers we participate in the investment, development, or adaptive reuse of multifamily, hospitality, residential and infrastructure projects within select submarkets within the same US regions. These opportunities are typically targeted as a joint venture in collaboration with other developers and/or sector specific operating partners. Allowing LLP to focus on boosting its long-term owner/operator goals within the industrial real estate sector while at the same time being a resource of joint venture opportunities for investors and operating partners.
